Southern Tennis Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The deadline to submit nominations is July 1 annually.

Nominations must be made using the form below or submitted via US Mail to the USTA Southern, Attention Hall of Fame Selection Committee, 5685 Spalding Drive, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092.

The information provided must be complete and include information to support the nominee’s election using the following three criteria:

1. Accomplishments in tennis as a player, coach, tournament official, teaching pro, administrator, or volunteer.

2. Contributions to and impact on tennis in USTA Southern.

3. Sportsmanship and character.

Nominations will remain active for five calendar years. If the nominee has not been selected within the five-year time period, a new nomination must be made.

Eligibility: Only nominated candidates will be considered. A nominee must have been a resident of the USTA Southern Section at least ten years before his/her election as a Southern Tennis Hall of Fame inductee. The Southern Section includes the following states: AL, AR, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN

Election: New Hall of Fame inductees will be elected by the Hall of Fame Selection Committee prior to September 1 each year.
Induction: Newly elected Hall of Fame members will be inducted during the Southern Tennis Foundation annual Lucy Garvin Hall of Fame Banquet held in Atlanta in January, unless otherwise approved by the Board.
