2026 SPUD CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION FORM

The Southern Tennis Foundation is pleased to host the annual Special Populations Unified Doules (SPUD) Team Tournament in Belton, SC in July. Please complete form below for groups of 6 athletes. If you have more than 6 in your delegation, please use the registration link again for the remaining players until all are registered. This information will be useful for planning purposes including team assignments, T-shirt order, and meal counts.
